This clothed men's yoga class offers the same strong foundations as our Nude Men's Flow - breath-led movement, strength-building sequences, and mindful transitions - all within a safe and supportive environment.
Designed to help you build resilience in both body and mind, this class combines flowing movement, longer holds, and breath awareness to bring you into deeper presence. It's also an opportunity to connect with a like-minded community of men, free of pressure or pretence.
