Men's Yoga and Connection Classes
Join us as we delve into the world of men's nude yoga and community connection classes. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you're invited to join us in a space that's real, grounded and welcoming. Our classes are open to all men - of all ages, backgrounds, body types, and levels of experience. You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to know the poses. You just need to show up as you are.
Each class offers a chance to reconnect with your body, steady your mind, and meet other like-minded men in a supportive down-to-earth environment. No pressure. No judgement. Just space to move, breathe, and belong.
All of our classes offer a variety of pose options and experiences to best accommodate you at the level of your experience.
All of our paired or grouped offerings are open to singles, couples and throuples, and are open to Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer+ identifying men who love men.

Nude Men's Flow (Every second Monday)
This upbeat, well-paced class is designed for men who want to build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect with their breath. Practiced nude in a supportive, body-positive space, this class weaves together mindful movement, steady breathwork, and dynamic flows to help you feel grounded, energised, and alive in your body.
Perfect for: Men wanting to challenge the body, expand flexibility, and connect with breath and community through movement.

Nude Men's Yin (Every second Friday)
This meditative nude yoga class invites you to explore stillness and surrender. Rooted in the principles of Yin Yoga, this practice offers long-held, deeply restorative postures that target the connective tissues of the body. With a focus on conscious breath and gentle awareness, it's an opportunity to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and create more spaciousness in both body and mind.
Perfect for: Men seeking relaxation, deep stretch, inner quiet, and a release from the stress and pressure of daily life.

Nude Men's Partner Yoga
A fun and playful yoga class where we explore partner poses, breath practices, tantric techniques and partnered massage practices that deepen your connection to yourself and others.
This class fosters intimacy in a safe, non-sexual environment, whilst receiving the benefits of a deep and nourishing yoga practice.
Everyone will participate in a group rotation throughout class. If you don't wish to participate in the group rotation, you can sign up with a partner(s) in advance to practice with the whole time.

Men's Massage Exchange
Join our nude, intimate and connective massage exchange night at Men's Yoga Canberra, where we explore paired massage techniques, breath practices and tantric techniques that deepen your connection to yourself and others.
This class fosters intimacy in a safe, non-judgemental environment, whilst receiving the benefits of a nourishing shared tantric massage practice.
This class will be a paired class, and it is recommended (but not essential) that you attend with someone you feel comfortable sharing sensual touch with. Individual participants are welcome and will be paired up (or grouped) on the night.
We use coconut oil as our massaging oil, please reach out in advance if you have an intolerance or allergy to coconut.
